The experts on v-oice bring different styles of support – whether coaching, mentoring, sparring, consulting, or a combination. You choose the person who fits your topic. All experts are carefully selected.
What exactly am I buying at v-oice?
You are buying a personal conversation with a verified expert on the topic that is on your mind right now. You choose the person who fits your topic. They bring their expertise and their style of support – whether sparring, mentoring, coaching, or consulting. No programme. No subscription. No algorithm. A real conversation, exactly when you need it.
How does v-oice work?
Browse expert profiles, choose the right person for your topic, and book a session online. The conversation takes place via video call. You come with your concern and leave with new perspectives, clarity, or concrete next steps.
Who are the experts?
Experienced professionals from business, health, and personal development – selected based on competence, practical experience, and attitude. They have proven track records and relevant qualifications in their field. No anonymous directory – every profile is hand-picked and manually approved by our team.
How do I book a session?
On the expert's profile page, select an available time slot and your desired duration (20, 40, or 60 minutes). Then register or log in, pay, and receive a confirmation with the link to your online conversation.
What session lengths are available?
You can choose between 20, 40, and 60 minutes. 20 minutes are suitable for 1-2 specific questions. For an initial meeting or brief consultation, we recommend 40 minutes. For an in-depth coaching session, 60 minutes are ideal.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment provider Stripe. Payment is made immediately upon booking.
When do I have to pay?
Payment is made directly upon booking. Once payment is complete, your expert is notified and can confirm the appointment.
How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please contact us by email at hello@v-oice.com if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We will find a solution together with you and the expert.
Can I get a refund?
Cancellations and refunds are reviewed individually. Please contact us at hello@v-oice.com with your request.
What platform are the conversations on?
The online conversations take place via Google Meet or a similar video platform. After booking confirmation, you'll receive a link to join easily.
What do I need for an online conversation?
You need a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with a camera and microphone, as well as a stable internet connection. Make sure your equipment works before the conversation.
Are conversations recorded?
No. All conversations are confidential and are not recorded. What is said in the conversation stays in the conversation.
How do I prepare for a conversation?
Note down your most important questions beforehand. You'll also receive tips by email before the appointment. Choose a quiet place without distractions and test your equipment in advance.
What happens if I'm late for the appointment?
Please be punctual, as sessions are time-limited. If you're late, the available conversation time will be shortened accordingly.
What happens if the expert doesn't show up?
This shouldn't happen. If it does, contact us immediately at hello@v-oice.com. We'll find a solution and arrange a replacement appointment or refund if necessary.
Will I receive a summary after the conversation?
If you wish, you can receive a brief summary with the most important tips and recommendations from your expert. This is optional and depends on the expert.
Can I provide feedback?
Yes, we appreciate your feedback! After the conversation, you'll receive an email asking for a review. You can also write to hello@v-oice.com at any time.
How do I choose the right expert?
Look at profiles carefully: Read the description, check the specializations, and use the search and filter functions. If you have questions, you can also contact experts before booking.
Are all experts verified?
Yes, every expert is manually vetted by our team. We require at least 5 years of experience, proven success, and relevant qualifications. Profiles with a verification badge have been particularly carefully reviewed.
What background do the experts have?
Our experts come from various fields: coaches, consultants, therapists, nutrition experts, fitness trainers, entrepreneurs, and executives. All have proven expertise in their field.
How are experts selected?
We carefully review each application. Criteria include: at least 5 years of experience, proven success, relevant training, positive reputation, and alignment with our values (confidentiality, respect, commitment).
How can I become an expert myself?
If you have at least 5 years of experience in your field, apply on our website under 'Become an expert'. We'll review your application and get back to you.
How often are experts available?
Each expert determines their own availability. Check availability directly on their profile or use the filter function by appointments.
What languages are conversations offered in?
Most experts offer German. Many also speak English, some French or Italian. Available languages are indicated on each profile.
What topics does v-oice cover?
We cover many areas: mental health, nutrition, fitness, career, leadership, entrepreneurship, startups, and artificial intelligence. More topics are continuously added.
Can I talk to multiple experts?
Yes, you can talk to as many experts as you like. Each booking is independent.
Can I book multiple sessions with the same expert?
Yes, you can book additional sessions with the same expert at any time. Many people use v-oice for regular support.
How is my data protected?
Data protection is very important to us. We comply with GDPR and store your data securely in Switzerland or the EU. Your conversations are confidential and not recorded (unless you request this).
Who can see my bookings?
Only you, the booked expert, and the v-oice team (for support purposes) have access to your booking information. Your data is not shared with third parties.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time. Contact us at hello@v-oice.com.
What does beta phase mean?
v-oice is in beta phase. This means we're continuously developing the platform and appreciate your feedback to improve the experience.
How much does a session cost?
Prices are set by the experts themselves and vary depending on experience and specialization. You can see the price directly on the expert's profile.
Why do experts have different prices?
Experts set their own prices based on their experience, specialization, and demand. This way you can find experts in different price ranges.
What currency is used for billing?
All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is processed through Stripe.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, after booking you'll automatically receive a payment confirmation by email.
Are there vouchers or discount codes?
Occasionally we offer promotions or vouchers. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be informed about offers.
Are there group sessions as well?
Currently we only offer 1:1 conversations. Group sessions may be added in the future.
Can I use v-oice for my company?

Does v-oice offer emergency or crisis counseling?
No. v-oice is not a crisis intervention service and is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic support. In acute crises, please contact a local crisis hotline or a medical professional near you.
Can I receive medical advice?
Conversations on v-oice do not replace medical treatment. For health issues, please consult medical professionals.
How do I know that my conversation content will be treated confidentially?
Confidentiality and professionalism are the top principles of v-oice.com, which is why we chose the established and highly secure Google Meet as our video conferencing provider.
