About Me
My focus is on helping people understand and apply AI within their work. I am a freelance AI consultant and trainer working across AI literacy, strategy, governance, responsible AI and building bespoke tools. I have trained over 2,000 people across 25+ organisations, from one-off keynotes through to longer transformation programmes. Before moving full-time into AI I spent more than 20 years in education product management, most recently as Director of Product Management at Pearson, and that education background informs my approach with AI. Responsible and ethical AI also runs through all of my work, and my aim is always to leave people more confident and more capable, not more dependent on a consultant.

My Strengths
Teaching is my biggest strength. I can take complex ideas, explain them simply and without jargon, and show how they apply to a real business. That sits on top of a genuine technical grounding. I have studied AI properly and understand how it actually works, which means I can separate what is real from what is hype. And I keep the focus on the customer. Years in product management taught me to start from what people actually need, not from the technology, and that is how I approach every engagement.
