I’m a CTO and technology leader who likes difficult questions, especially the ones where technology, business and people collide. I have spent my career turning complexity into clarity, transforming ambitious ideas into scalable software products, stronger technology organizations and measurable business outcomes. I have led in private equity environments, through transformation and growth, and I know that good technology decisions are rarely just about technology. Today, Artificial Intelligence sits at the centre of my agenda. I work with Generative and Agentic AI not as a trend, but as a practical tool to rethink how companies build software, evolve products and operate. My focus is always on real impact: better products, faster execution, smarter processes and tangible value for customers. I enjoy challenging established thinking, cutting through hype and helping leaders make confident choices when the path is not obvious. Sometimes that means shaping an AI strategy. Sometimes it means rethinking a product, an engineering organization or the way technology supports the business. What I bring is a combination of hands-on technology leadership, product thinking, transformation experience and pragmatic executive sparring. My belief is simple: the best technology leaders do not just manage what exists. They create clarity around what should exist next, and have the courage to make it happen.
