Sessions are working sessions, not lectures. Bring the real artefact, architecture diagram, funding bid draft, stuck pipeline, ontology, training plan and we work on it on the call. I share my open source harness so you see the toolchain in action and can adopt it. You leave with three things: (1) a prioritised next-step list, (2) usable code snippets, diagrams or document scaffolds, (3) a short written summary I write up after the call. Cadence is your call single deep-dive, or follow up. Radical candour, direct, no hedging, no padding.
